The Value Builder FastTrack Program is designed for business owners who are serious about building a strong foundation, scaling with intention, and being in a position to sell with confidence and complete peace of mind. 

 

The program consists of 4 core elements:

  1. Private Coaching Sessions
  2. Video Learning
  3. Online Tools
  4. CEO/Founder Peer Group Sessions

Private Coaching

You will have the first of your 2 Private Coaching sessions soon. Your coach will reach out to you to schedule a time with you, and set the agenda and expectations for that session. Your second private session will be at the conclusion of the program.

Video Learning & Online Tools

You will gain access to the Value Builder Engagement Program with 12 modules very soon. Keep your eyes peeled for an email with that access. That is where you will access the video learning as well as the online tools.

CEO/Founder Peer Group

Lastly, our CEO/Founder Peer Group sessions will begin in a few weeks. 

As we prepare for the group sessions here are some expectations:

  • Be prepared
    • Watch the videos and do the exercises before the group call.
  • Be an active participant
    • Block the time and don't multi-task. Ask questions. Share your ideas. We can all learn from each other. 
  • Maintain confidentiality
    • All the companies represented are privately held, so treat anything we discuss on the call as confidential information.

Next Steps:

  • If you haven't already done so, make sure to complete your value builder score by completing the 15-minute questionnaire. 
  • Schedule your Private Coaching Session with your coach.
